"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "Rooms are spacious enough. For daily cleaning of the room you will have to ask and it will be done in your presence only. During our stay of four nights bathrooms were never cleaned and for this reason you find the bathroom fittings dull enough. Similarly bed linens were not changed even once. For fresh towels you will have to remind them. Since it is a market place there is enough eating options around, especially non-veg foods but you will have to wait for breakfast well beyond 10 am because shops will open late."

"Was worried about staying at this property because last month we stayed in hayatt hotel but how manager handled everything was amazing,I suffer with my stomach and soon as he found out he ask chef’s to make moong khichadi for us. 5 minutes walk and you see marks and Spencer and other good stores and if you take rickshaw and visit lovely park and all famous places so it’s a very convenient spot.I would stay here again and recommend to everyone because the service we get from here never gets from other 5stars hotels."
