Nice Hotel and People!

Very clean, nice and new hotel with comfy beds. The staff was great; front desk helped us arrange for car/driver from Ha Tien to Chau Doc, and from Chau Doc to Saigon, and for a last minute river tour. Staff was quick to respond to any questions via the Hotels.com app. Good location, too.

This is a very clean property in a good area. One block from the river. The room was very spacious. Some music coming in from the outdoor venue opposite, but nothing problematic just be aware. Breakfast is available for five dollars with a nice selection. The hotel staff were very kind. When I didn’t arrive at a location that I was picking up a tour from on time they sent Ahmed to find me, and I jumped on the back of his motorbike, and apologized for being so tardy. The one thing I would mention is the room price was on my bill, and had I not checked my Expedia app. I may have paid for it twice, which would’ve been very frustrating. It’s a good hotel.

Great location. clean rooms and excellent service

We rented a scooter from them, a little bit more but no need to leave passport or your driving licence. We rode to Tra Su Park and visited various temples on the way back. It is very close to Coop Supermarket and 5 mins walk to the pier for the Hang Chau boat to Phnom Penh. We will definitely stay again.
