"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort from 24th to 27th June 2026. We visited with our two young children, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was warm, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Every interaction made us feel genuinely welcomed. The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and excellent quality. Our children especially enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere, and there were plenty of activities to keep them engaged throughout our vacation. The service, ambience, facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall experience were excellent in every way. It was the perfect destination for a relaxing family holiday, and we created memories that we will cherish for years to come.
