"All staff was courteous and friendly! We were able to check in early and were lucky enough to get the same suite as last month when we stayed there. The room was clean and stocked well. Having access to coffeee and hot chocolate was nice."

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

"Very nice hotel for the money. Restaurant was very professional and accommodating. Food wasn’t really my taste but it was fancy. Travis at the front was very easy to converse with. Alicia was kind to talk with also. The rooms were cleaned and nice. We had the city view with a corner room. Beautiful windows and view. Highly recommend for downtown KC. "
