Given the price point, the overall state of the facilities was surprising and difficult to justify. Breakfast, which we only attempted once, was particularly disappointing. Despite being included, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Food items were frequently empty, and it was challenging to find staff available to replenish them. The breakfast area itself was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. While the inclusion of breakfast is appreciated in theory, in practice it did not meet even basic expectations since we had to go buy food at a nearby cafe when staff were too busy to replenish breakfast items after a considerable wait.
