"Ci joint un extrait de la réponse adressée au prestataire.Particulièrement déçus des prestations nous avons devancé notre départ. Un lave vaisselle H S déposé dans un coin de la cuisine, moquette du séjour tachée, déchirée, poussiéreuse, couverts en nombre insuffisant, disparates,( la maison est prévue pour 8 personnes ? ) ménage indigne par rapport au coût demandé 90 euros ? éclairage extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, aucun présent d'accueil,( une boîte de pastilles Vichy n'est pas onéreuse)...

"We enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice, in a very rural location but not too far from a town with supermarket. The property owners/hosts were a very nice couple who visited us each day to see that everything was okay, provide treats/reading material and a chance to practice our poor French. Unfortunately the weather was cold and wet but they made sure the heating was working well.The only quibble with the listing description on VRBO is that it says that there is internet whereas there...

"We had a lovely stay in Moulins, the property is well equipped and comfortable, good wifi & tv. The location is great with shops within a few minutes walk. We took the option of secure parking & were glad we did as the street parking was very busy.The property owners were very friendly & helpful and worked close by & quick to deal with any issues. Our only criticism was that Poplidays whilst individual staff were pleasant complicated communications ahead of our visit.Overall we were very happy...

"Lovely room overlooking the park. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful - we were able to store luggage after checking out and they called a taxi for us to get to our next destination. Spa facilities (which are not included in the room rate) were also great - and very clean. Would definitely stay again if visiting Vichy."

Très à l'écoute et très disponible pour toute demande.Domaine familial riche d'une histoire passionnante tout comme le parcours personnel de la propriétaire. "Lovely hotel. Stayed there in 2023. Didn't have their breakfast. In the evening sat in small garden area to rear with our own food snd drink. Short walk from the opera house area. Staff very helpful. Room clean and nicely furnished. Ensuite good with a rain shower head. We arrived on a Saturday night so could park on the road close to the hotel for free all day Sunday. Just topped it up on Monday for short time. Other parking available at nearby post office.car park. "
