"DIRTY. Bugs- alive & dead. A Cockroach. The trim in the bathroom had black looking eggs on it. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever seen. "

"We were initially given the incorrect room, but Jennifer made sure to accommodate and made sure we were placed in correct room, house keeper Nomi made sure our room was cleaned and ready to go, the lady serving breakfast was super helpful and great, we will be staying again next visit to Muskogee. "
