This stylish two bedroom duplex is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah. You're just blocks away from locally owned restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, and grocery stores. You'll love that this farmhouse styled duplex has all the basic cooking essentials and a washer/dryer. Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home!

The duplex has a spacious open concept. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all located in the main room. There are two bedrooms, one has a full size bed, the other has a queen size bed. Guests will enjoy their favorite shows on a 50 inch ROKU TV located in the living room.

Guests have the entire two bedroom duplex to themselves during their stay.

-Guests will hear trains as an active train track is only a couple of blocks away.
-Keep in mind that this is a duplex. You will share a wall with the neighbor.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
-A doorbell camera is located at the front door for the safety/protection of our property and guests.
-No Smoking: A $200 fine for smoking of any kind may be charged for violating this rule.
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am: Noisy guests will be given a curtesy warning; if noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
-Only 4 guests allowed in or on the property: Violating this clause could lead to immediate removal of all guest with no refund.
-Guests will be held responsible for any damaged items that need to be replaced.
-Locals must communicate with us before booking.
