"We had a great night stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as described. The location is serene with public transport within, making it convenient for getting around. There was a brief issue with the water supply in the apartment building, but Jacinta was responsive and worked tirelessly to get it sorted. We felt well taken care of and would definitely stay there again next time we're in Newcastle"
