"We had a great stay and also loved the location next to the train station"

"Super helpful and friendly staff. Shuttle driver on demand. Very personalized approach. Best airport hotel I’ve stayed at. Very good value. Neighborhood restaurants, and coffee shops within 15 minute walk"

"Pros- staff was friendly, breakfast was good Cons- Hotel room was not clean. Shower clearly had not been cleaned, and there was hair in it. Hotel needs updates. Ceiling was bubbling up, mold was present. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. If you like to get a good night sleep this hotel is not for you. Bed was terrible! Also you can hear every plane and train going by. The train makes noise every hour. Woke up out of my sleep. Would not stay here again"

"Staff was great very helpful, rooms are really clean. My overall stay was great."

"My family is not shy about walking when we can cut down on time and be more efficient. I really loved that the Hilton at Logan was able to offer the capacity to walk to the terminals…… but the staff should be educated on this topic. Some folks are Ok with walking 20 min to terminal B. We were told you can only walk to terminal A and C. Not true!!! One can walk to ALL OF THE TERMINALS! All in all, the shuttle was super easy and helpful for those who would prefer a ride. I would definitely...

"First time n Boston we stayed here and it was perfect, friendly staff clean rooms and great breakfast, close to downtown without paying downtown prices, we couldn't have been happier 😊"

"J'ai apprécié l'ambiance et la décoration, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel. Dommage qu'ils ne proposent pas un petit-déjeuner."

"The parking was a bit high and valet area gets very crowded at times"

"No breakfast included, 2 nights $1,500"
