"Rooms werent cleaned properly. There were toys under the bed and we had no kids! Hair on the walls in the shower.. we spent very little time there"

"Sheets on the bed had stains in them, the breakfast was far from ok, paper plates and plastic utensils, also having to pay $30 per night to park in the hotel parking lot was ridiculous, will not be staying again at this location."

"Pros- staff was friendly, breakfast was good Cons- Hotel room was not clean. Shower clearly had not been cleaned, and there was hair in it. Hotel needs updates. Ceiling was bubbling up, mold was present. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. If you like to get a good night sleep this hotel is not for you. Bed was terrible! Also you can hear every plane and train going by. The train makes noise every hour. Woke up out of my sleep. Would not stay here again"

"Super helpful and friendly staff. Shuttle driver on demand. Very personalized approach. Best airport hotel I’ve stayed at. Very good value. Neighborhood restaurants, and coffee shops within 15 minute walk"

"This was a nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Very quiet location. And the cookies are always a plus"

"Bel accueil"

"Good breakfast. Awesome staff. Close to airport."

"First time n Boston we stayed here and it was perfect, friendly staff clean rooms and great breakfast, close to downtown without paying downtown prices, we couldn't have been happier 😊"

"Clean and decent price"

"Wished there was a hot tub on site. Other than that, amazing place!"

"Location was excellent! Staff was helpful, check-in was smooth and easy and we were even able to check in a couple hours early and get a slightly later checkout, which was very helpful. Room was nice, missed having netflix or anything other than basic cable channels at the end of a long day, but otherwise very lovely. Loved the location - very walkable!"

"I usually do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel I have no choice in the matter. I arrived for a 2 night stay in a King Harbor Suite on Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. Check in was swift and effortless, but when arriving at the room, there was hair in the sink, a backed up sink, and 2 different types of stains on both the toilet and underneath the toilet seat. I went back down to alert the front desk of the issues. They then switched me to an Executive Suite, but when I arrived...

"Nothing fancy but it does the job."
