"Was pleasantly surprised after the reviews. Room immaculate, very large and big bathroom. Again spotless. Shuttle to airport on time and no charge. Only picky comment is the unfriendly reception. Didn't feel v welcome but not surprised as its an airport hotel. Great value, would book again"

"The sofa bed was stained and service in the fed restaurant was slow but otherwise a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They even offered us $100 credit as our room wasn’t ready at check in and came to make up our sofa bed as bedding was not provided in the room. The beds were amazingly comfy and the shower was wonderful. They also stored some parcels we had delivered for free. Exceptional service"
