"Very welcoming from the start, with some great recommendations on places to check out as I was new to Cheltenham. I also really appreciated them taking my luggage to my room while I was out, as I had arrived a bit early for check inn such a helpful touch."

"They're having work done so amenities listed on the site aren't actually open. No bar, no restaurant and it's a bit isolated, you need to be able to drive somewhere for food. Skeleton staff. The management need to employ an appropriate number of staff. Reception often isnt manned with a notice up and during breakfast, the one staff member is serving people and doing reception which is in a completely different place. My room was run down with a constantly running tap. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Hopefully it'll improve when the refurb is finished. The listing should be sognificantly updated and make it clear what is actually available on site. I'd not have booked if I knew I couldn't get food. Due to disability, I have to plan my energy carefully and this knocked me significantly."
