"Ruhige Lage kann man höchstens für die Grossstadtumgebung bezeichnen. Morgendlicher Berufsverkehrlärm an anliegender Straße kann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster vermieden werden. Außerdem waren laute Musik bzw. Bassgeräusche aus unterer Wohnung nicht gerade erfreulich. War zwar nur an einem Tag aber wie gesagt… Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung zweckmäßig und i. O. Der Ofen hätte vieleicht auch mal eine Reinigung verdient. Zur Klimaanlage… wenn inseriert sollte diese auch in eigenem...
