"Tl;dr version: If you are planning to stay in this area for Canton fair or anything, do yourself a favor and stay at other hotel. There are many in this area (which is a nice area btw) First thing, I gotta say Expedia team is very helpful. When I first got there, I cant find it at all since it is actually in an apartment room (with wrong address) that you can't get inside unless you wait for resident to open it for you (until the very last day). "Pros: very sleek and contemporary furnishings- unit is very modern with tons of storage-very quiet-washer/dryer in unit is great for 9 day stay-housekeeping is very accommodating and pleasant-Cons: “buffet breakfast “ is terrible- the property has no on-site restaurant, for “breakfast “ walk to the adjacent shopping mall to a pizza shop where a “breakfast “ is set up/ horrible! Paid for 9 breakfasts, ate one! They should not offer a meal at all! Large pink “claw” machine spoils reception...

"I arrived late due to flight delay. The front desk was nice but there was a dis-connect of my booking that the hotel could not verify my identify only because the U.S. spells my first name into first and middle name, in China it is my first name. Anyways, he could pull me up with my U.S. phone number but I would say birthday or email address might be better way to verify incoming guests from outside of the country"
