"I've stayed at the Spokane Airport Ramada many times. The staff is already friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is decent. The rooms always clean and comfortable. And, unless your unfortunate enough to be near the vending machine area, the rooms are fairly quiet. My only grip, and it's brand new, is the automated AI phone line for reservations. At first I thought I was talking to a real person, until I asked a question and the fake AI "person" kept talking over me. Not listening. Added refund protection even though it was only an hour before I was booking the room and arriving at the hotel. Honestly, that really aggravated me. So, that night, I opted to just drive home to Sandpoint at 11 o'clock at night rather than deal with the AI...that simply didn't work. If anyone from Ramada reads this you need to take this very seriously. I'm an unusually patient and laid back person. If I got this frustration from the experience...many more people will be annoyed enough to pass by your hotel for another one. The ball is in your court."
