Nice room, unprofessional reception

When we arrived at the hotel the reception asked us a series of questions, and then subsequently found no record of our stay. They then told me the "back stage" staff who is in charge of online bookings is on a holiday due to the 1st May Golden Week in China. They took multiple shots of my booking details off my phone, and made us wait for around 25 minutes for the rooms. They spoke and read a minimum level of English and offered no apologies on the hotel’s behalf. Their attitude is somewhat unprofessional and does not make us feel like the check in process was easy.

窓辺に座ってグラスを傾ける環境が最高！

場所は空港から少々遠く、街の中心からも少し距離があるがタクシーであれば問題無し。 部屋は綺麗で安心出来るし、何より窓が出窓に近い形をしており、クッションを置いてくれていて、そこに横になって町の夜景を観ながらの一杯は格別でした。 恋人との宿泊で利用したら盛り上がりは120％です。

最高に得をした気持ちになります。

ホテルの近くで会議があり、4泊しました。周りは少々殺風景で、かつ分かりにくいのですが川沿いに散歩道があり、その散歩道がとても素敵な公園につながっています。大きなスーパーマーケットも近くにあり、とても便利です。ホテルでは英語は通じにくいですが、十分とは言えませんができる人がいて、何とかコミュニケーションは取れます。また、小生が係わったホテルのスタッフ全員とても親切で、特に上述のスーパーマーケットには連れて行ってくれました。部屋も清潔で掃除もしっかりやってくれます。ホテルの設備で不足はなく、居心地の快適さとルームチャージを考えると最高に得をした気持ちになりました。
