Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Avoid!!!

I usually dont trust hotels under this chain but booked last minute without much option , i know it won't be fantastic but didn't expect such a terrible experience. Room not cleaned at all and smell very bad. Booked with breakfast but they are not offering breakfast. Hotel.com should investigate properly before adding such a hotel.
