What A Pleasant Place.

This place was booked for three reasons. The first reason was the historic kerala cottages turned into spacious resort rooms. The second reason was the extensive green space within the compound. The third reason was the excellent reviews on their breakfast buffet. They were very accurate on the buffet reviews. Bonus points for having an excellent wait staff that kept the service as it should be. I did not use the pool but the people that did seemed to enjoy themselves. This is a very quiet section of town , with very little noise at night. Close to the beach so you can early morning walk with all the locals as the sunrises.

Overall experience was underwhelming for the price. There was a wedding on one of the evenings - very noisy, loud music and it was past midnight by the time the effects of the wedding subsided. Frankly not worth the price I paid.

I liked the entire environment and the room atmosphere was awesome. I booked for three days but first day only i enjoyed the rest of the day some other peoples are having a meeting in opposite of my room with mic and speech was horrible i cant even sleep itself.please avoid these kind of activities when other guest are in rooms. Thanks

Avoidable

This is really an avoidable place. The flooring, staircase were slippery and we suffered injury slipping in the bathroom. The staircase railings are damaged and in need of repair. Food was mediocre.
