The rooms were not as it was shown on the website, the toilet was not up to the mark. The food was very very poor. Only idli dosa with watery saambhar, fruit ( bananas and few peace’s of watermelon) in breakfast, it’s so astonished that even in south India, the saamber was not properly prepared.

The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option.

Didn't like delayed problem handling. Lift went out of order during complete stay period. Bill was not offered during checkout. Shortage of dedicated staff at premises. Neither call Bell or intercom available to contact reception
