This is the first time we stayed - the Suites are excellent, the staff are really friendly and efficient (Dhanapal - Housekeeping, Gaurav and the coffee stall person in the Restaurant, the front door staff etc.). The gym is excellently equipped and well maintained. I wish it were located in a more convenient place for T. Nagar, but one cannot get everything!

Park Hyatt outstanding quality for very low prices! I got an amazing deal on four nights stay at the Park Hyatt in Chennai. The property is beautiful with the bedrooms being particularly luxurious, as you would expect at a Park Hyatt, but not for these rates! The hotel has excellent bars and restaurants l, though they are international not local prices. The buffet breakfast is very good. The hotel pool is nice if a bit smalll. The only negative for this property is the location. There is nothing of interest nearby and walking is only for the very brave! That means a taxi pretty much every time you want to leave the hotel. Overall, the value for money was incredible! Park Hyatt luxury at Holiday Inn prices!

I stayed with my family for two nights in this hotel. I arrived in Chennai in an international flight and had a lot of baggage. The airport pickup was in order and the staff was very helpful in helping us checkin and settle down. We loved the food there - both the room service and buffet breakfast. They have a lot of options for the breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Definitely go for the masala chai. The stay was very comfortable. They gave us an extra bed but that was not required. The only hiccup we faced was some confusion for the airport drop. The cars were not ready but the front desk immediately arranged for a backup Uber drop and we made it on time. Lovely staff and service.
