We had a great time staying at this hotel. Excellent service by all staffs. The food choices were very good for breakfast and dinner. This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed. It is a little on the pricier side but still we worth the stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely come back and also recommend to others.

A 3 days family reunion trip

The stay was restful and awesome. The staff were great including the front desk, hospitality, room cleaning, and security. The place was very clean and food was excellent. The staff were helpful and very prompt. I and my family will surely stay in this hotel when in Chennai.

Well-maintained and posh hotel

The elevators need a navigation aid for the lobby. The metal caps on water bottles in the guest rooms can be hazardous for cuts on hands. Outside of these it was a pleasant stay. The premises is clean and safe. I particularly liked the ambiance, service and menu options in the Up North restaurant.

Recently refurbished hotel with lovely rooms and decor. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Special thank you to Manisha for looking after us so well every day at breakfast. Only downside is that the location is on the main road which isn’t really suitable for walking.

Great stay, service needs improving

The hotel is really good with an executive feel to it. However, there were some small repetitive shortcomings in the service that made the overall experience slightly inconvenient. Also, this is not their fault, but the location is currently experiencing road works and the hotel was difficult to access.

Great customer service. Stay was spoiled by loud music noise during the weekend as the room was above the event hall and we were not notified of this, had one sleepless night before we were moved to another room. Washrooms require bars/hooks to hang towels and clothes, shower requires fittings to put your own shamoo/soap and toileteries
