"We vacationed with our kids and some of their friends. The property was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The expansive peninsula had multiple seating areas- all super comfortable and with 360 views of the gorgeous sunsets. The dock fit our boating needs well - the water ferry could almost make it at low tide - and absolutely reached the dock at higher (not just highest) tides. Junior could have helped, but we used our boat to bridge the gap. Snorkeling was fun on the side of the peninsula with a small sandy beach. Having the house ONLY accessible by boat was a huge advantage for us. The teens were within a limited range, yet they had ample freedom to roam and have their own space because the property was expansive and well landscaped. The main room of the house was a great place for gathering for meals, games, puzzles, movies and even dancing! The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We highly recommend!"

"This was our second stay at this property. We are hoping to make it an annual event. We can’t say enough about the property, the owners and the host , John. It is perfect for our family as we love being away from everything and you really feel that while at Summerhouse. John arranged for a nice boat and we were able to fish and snorkel in the area close to the house. We arranged for a guide, Captain Mark out of Treasure Cay to take us to Green Turtle to swim with Rays and Turtles and of course a stop for a Goombay Smash at Miss Emily’s , then on to Nunjack Cay for swimming with sharks and No name Cay to swim with pigs (a little to commercial for our liking but the trip was amazing). The house has everything you could need, we were sad to leave today and already planning our next trip and hoping to bring some friends who can stay in the newly remodeled lower unit ! "This property was clean, nice, new and in a great quiet location. But the best thing about it is the owners who live on the property. They were the most helpful and accommodating folks you could ever ask to meet. They helped us with a boat issue, ferried some folks around and were a joy to spend time with. Robert is a professional fisherman and knows the area exceedingly well. They gave us some insight on places to go and things to do. I really cannot say enough about Karen and Robert. It was like going on vacation and having family there at every step."

Being located right on the edge of the settlement made it very convenient."

"Amazing home with gorgeous views! If you are looking for a home to unplug, relax, enjoy family, fish, snorkel, or just sit in the water and relax, this is the perfect home! We kayaked, fished, snorkeled, read books, ate great local food and some of the snapper my son caught! We saw turtles, tons of starfish, stingrays, and many, many fish! Donna was so helpful if we had any questions and the house has everything you would need! You must rent the boat that comes with the house, it’s a must to explore!"
