Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay

Cherokee Grand Hotel
Room was clean although the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. I was expecting a little more out of the breakfast, but they could've at least had a microwave. Casino parking was abundant, staff was doing their jobs, but we just weren't impressed with the casino.
