Old covered courtyard of 45 m2 forming living room (sofas, armchairs and deckchair), summer dining room (table, chairs and barbecue), adjoining the kitchen dining room and overlooking a private garden. Garden and unfenced plot of 1000 m2.
Garage. Cellar, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Ping pong table.
This two-person gîte can be rented to you with the addition of a building comprising two bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 1 160x200 bed) with shared bathroom and separate toilet. This outbuilding completes the interior courtyard formed with the covered courtyard and ensures privacy for this whole complex.
If the cottage is rented for capacity 2 (see 3 people), this building would not be rented to ensure your privacy.
Non-smoking: if smoking, only in the garden or in the courtyard.
