"Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!"

"This is a 4*, but operates at least as 4.5*, and maybe lower 5*. Staff bright, energetic and helpful. Breakfast good (but not great). Room is large and comfortable, with great view. Parking under hotel. Very centrally located and very convenient. Mall across the street. Hotel restaurant quite good and very reasonably priced, although dishes tend to be bland. Definitely a great place to stay. (but room lacks outlets, surface areas, temp control) Good and inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant very close. Lots of other places to eat nearby. "
