"Personnel were quite friendly and helpful. Huge property. Bit further from downtown St. Michaels than thought (my issue). Given the distance and property, it was not worth the amount paid, an error on my part. Did not pay attention to the details or location when booked in December. Assumed with the name of the inn, it would be 'downtown'. I let life get in the way and never researched, etc. "

"We had a “bathroom problem” in the beginning of the night hours, one called and we were exchanges to another room within an hour. I do understand that there was an available room for us at the time…but the fact that they had a diligence to solve a problem fast to accommodate us…very thankful!"
