Cosy studio apartment over garage. Half hour from VB - 1 hour from Outerbanks

Available to rent is a cosy studio which can sleep four (2 twins, 1 full). There is a small bathroom with a shower. It is over a detached garage with its own entrance on our small farm. Plenty of parking. Has Internet and smart TV, a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge. If mobility is an issue, you should be aware the apartment is up a flight of ten carpeted stairs. We are in the southernmost part of Eastern VA a short drive to Sandbridge and the VB Boardwalk. We're also just an hour from Kitty Hawk and the Outer Banks. We have a good size above ground pool you are welcome to use. Beautiful, quiet country neighborhood where you can see so many stars at night - and with free music from our roosters! Let us share our Southern hospitality with you.

Chesapeake adventure

Location was close to North Carolina and all we wanted to see. Barbara was very pleasant and had a nice property.

Beautiful home in the country

This was such a nice place to stay. Barbara is an excellent host! Being away from the city and interstate opened up many beautify country roads with farms and amazing scenery along the short drives to the beach, motor world and other state parks.

Easy to do

Access was easy and the place was clean and adequately equipped. It is in a neighborhood of large lots and very quiet. Be aware that the rooster may wake you in the morning.

Awesome stay!

Me and some friends stayed at this apartment for 4 days and it was really nice! Barbara was amazingly accommodating and had good communication with us. The space was really nice and cozy and I would definitely stay again! The only thing I would note is that the apartment is a little far from things, but it’s definitely a quiet and peaceful place. :) Also- the pool is AWSOME. definitely would recommend this place.

The quiet stay

My two granddaughters and I enjoyed our stay here. We were transitioning from a death in our family, needing a place to stay until the girls finished out the school year. We booked here for a couple weeks. Barbara is so pleasant and treated us like family. She was kind and truly cared about our stay there. The girls loved the pool and my Lily loved going with Barbara every evening to feed the chickens. Barbara made us feel welcome from day one and made us feel at home. I highly recommend staying at this VRBO. It is clean. She left us snacks, water, and essentials to start with. It is quiet and peaceful here. Give it a stay you won't be upset about your decision. I wasn't.
