TERRIBLE customer service!
Upon arrival, we were given a single king bed even though I reserved a 2 queen bed room.  The staff was absolutely no help.  When I returned to the desk to request the correct room, I was told that there were no other rooms available (the parking lot was mostly empty) and I could leave it I wanted to.  No other remedy was offered or supplied. Because it was late and we were very tired, we decided to stay and make the best of the situation. I asked to talk to the manager at least  3 times.  Each time I asked a different person at the desk, I was given a very vague response about when the manager would be available.  It was very clear that there was no manager onsite and one would not be present for several days. I was told a manager would call, yet, I never received any calls.  Upon  check out, I asked again to speak with a manager and requested a partial refund for the inconvenience.  Again, I was completely blown off.  No solution, compensation or remedy was offered or provided. 
Additionally, the television did not work throughout our entire stay.  It continuously became pixelated and then a black screen with a "no signal" message.
The hotel was cleanish -- only because it is brand new.  They have only been open a short period of time, but already the accumulation of dust and debris was noticeable around the edges of the rooms, especially in the bathroom.  I can only imagine the lack of cleanliness that will occur over time.  
Don't stay here.
