"The management continues to disrespect our organization by not having enough staff to take orders, etc. There was one female (great customer service) who was taking orsers and making drinks. This is unacceptable. "

As their is nothing within walking distance, you have to take their shuttle (free) over to the Gaylord if you want to get something to eat."

"We were visiting a family member at GW and the location was perfect. Parking is pricey but we were so happy to get a spot in the garage. The one problem is there is construction behind the hotel so there was early morning drilling taking place behind our room."
