Young Katy and her team are doing a great job! Really good value motel at a service station - one of the best I've stayed in. If you're on a budget this would be an ideal place to stay for a visit to Chester: friendly, welcoming, loads of parking (!) including electric charging right outside. Comfortable room, dog friendly (laminate flooring). The only thing missing is a towel rail in the bathroom! I'd stay again (always the best recommendation!)

Very nice simple accommodation, we were made to feel really welcome with our 3 dogs, the room was clean and spacious with the added benefit of air-conditioning. We would stay there again.

Hotel staff is always welcoming and helpful and beds are super comfy. Hotel is located in a very convenient area when visiting areas around Wirral and a nice stop when travelling further south and free parking on site.

This was one of the best family rooms we have stayed in. With two teenage boys, the room had two separate bedrooms. Very spacious, clean and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Ellie.

I liked the design of the room, amenities and the A/C worked perfectly in the greatest heat outside. It was moden and quiet inside the room. Our windows were facing the car park and motorway services, so occasionally a noise from cars could be heard. But we slept well and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could do with some restoration soon, as signs of wear could be visible. But overall for the price we paid and convenient location it was a very good choice.
