Welcoming luxury in a Grade II listed building

Our recently refurbished Greenwich House Apartments are in a Grade II listed building, decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you will need for a pleasant "home away from home" stay in Chester. Fast Wifi, a fully appointed kitchen and 2 flat screen TVs ensure a luxurious stay. On the edge of the Chester's residential area, the City centre and the famous Roodee racecourse are a ten-minute walk away. With 3 apartments you could also come with a group of friends.
The space
We have made our apartment a place where you can truly relax, with a leather sofa and widescreen Smart TV featuring Amazon Prime and Netflix apps amongst others making winding down in the evening a breeze.

If you need the internet for films, work, games or just browsing the web we have installed a superfast connection and a BT Home Hub to ensure you should never have a problem accessing all your internet needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook while you are staying with us, whether that be a microwave dinner or a full Sunday Roast in the fan assisted oven. The fridge freezer is large enough for at least a weeks supply of groceries and frozen goods, ensuring you can stock up for your stay in a single shop.
Guest access
The entire apartment is exclusively yours for the stay, accessed through a private courtyard and lobby shared with the other two apartments in the upper part of the building.
Other things to note
The apartment is in the top floor of our listed building and we have used the space creatively to provide every comfort needed for your stay. If however you are exceptionally tall (over 6 foot 2) you may find yourself having to crouch just a little in the shower as this is in the eaves of the building so please see our photo on this or enquire further.

You will notice there is no carbon monoxide alarm. Don't worry. That is simply because the apartment is powered solely by electricity so no such alarm is needed.

There is however a building wide fire alarm and if this needs to be tested during your stay we will give you full warning.
