"The room is well laid out, very comfortable clean. Was too hot to use the little swimming pool but on a cold night that would be very nice. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Could have used some bacon or sausage at the breakfast and maybe some fruit but it was enough to get us through the morning. Like the location, very convenient."

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."

"It was a clean and maintained room. There wasn't anyone one on site to answer questions and they advertised a continental breakfast but that was not available any morning of our stay, with no advance notice it was not going to be provided. The communication was nonexistent before we arrived and the only information on how to access our room was a sign taped to the door with a phone number to call. We will not stay here again because of poor business practices."
