Morden house close to City centre & The Peaks

The house is situated on the edge of the Peak district, close to the City centre and located in Newbold village within Chesterfield, on the edge of the Peak District and within a 40-minute drive of three major cities - Sheffield, Derby and Nottingham.. The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet and, you can walk into Chesterfield or local amenities are within minutes. You also have FREE ample, safe parking directly outside the property.

We wanted to create a modern house conversion that caters for modern families, equally for the modern working professional(s).

On top of that each bedroom has two seperate single beds that can interlock to make a double where required. On top of that the whole house has been tastefully decorated to a modern and clean standard.

Had a hard day? Don't worry we've got you covered, we recently added a NEW media room that comprises of a large SMART TV, XBox and bean bags so you and the children can chillout, relax and play!

Very good on the whole but the property was advertised as accommodating 8 people and it only had enough table places for 4. Only 4 dinner sets too. Although there were 8 beds, two were downstairs in a room that had no curtains. Two of the curtain fittings upstairs were very loose and one set fell down altogether. The place was beautifully clean and tidy inside but the rubbish on the outside was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately the neighbours were very noisy and one night there loud shouting , music and laughter went on till 3 in the morning. This sounds negative but the location was good as it was easy to get into the Peak District.

The place was nicely decorated. I believe it was still on the process of renovation for the backyard. You can find the closest supermarkets within 5min walk😊. Would be great to have a toaster in the 🏡 house. Otherwise loved our experience in here👍🏻 Hiking, cycling 🚴‍♀️ and Goape activities were near from here. I would recommend everyone ✌🏻 Thank You
