"Stayed at Pendry Baltimore recently and was disappointed. The cleanliness was poor; bathroom ceiling had cracked paint and the ventilation system appeared moldy. Service at the bar was also lacking, with staff coming off as rude and inattentive. Food quality didn’t help either; the meatballs were extremely salty. For the price point, this property should feel premium and well maintained. Having visited a few years ago, I can clearly notice a decline in overall standards."

"The only disappointment was the workout area. It was a five-minute walk away from the Inn in a separate building. Once I found the location my key card would not open the door to the building. Therefore, I never got to use the facility."

"Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel."

"What an absolute dump with shady characters everywhere in the lobby and parking lot. It was so bad I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there while we were sleeping so we left. I didn’t even return the keys because it didn’t seem safe."
