"1. The staff was extremely courteous, well-trained, and efficient. Aman Kumar, my designated service contact, was excellent, perceptive, anticipating my questions and needs, and quite responsive. 2. Spa experience was exceptional with Dukha the therapist. She is one of the best. Anand was quite good in helping through the experience. 3. Shrima was proactive and EFFECTIVE, in helping my relocation to a different room when the hot water stopped. I had not expected to take a cold shower at the Leela. 4. Ms. Sinha met me twice to make sure my stay remained pleasant and asked for candid fedd back. 5. Overall, WELL DONE! I will be back when i return to Chennai. "

"We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency for 20days we were there. From the managers and their staffs we were welcomed very warmly. Breakfast at the restaurants was well organised under Mr Anand and his team, the valleting teams Mr Rajnikhant and collegues were great and very helpful during our stay. Keep it up guys. Great team"
