No microwave, fridge, coffee station in room, pool area dilapidated, limited gym equipment, only 1 ice machine on first floor, kitchen staff unfriendly, checkin was cold and clinical. There was extreme banging noise as if construction was taking place in the floor above ours, beginning late evening all the way through 3 AM. That was VERY VERY frustrating. No way to sleep with that noise.

We paid for 2 rooms with queen size beds, since me and my brother are both over 6 ft 3" but when we got our rooms they had only regular beds. Front desk didn't take any responsibility for that.

The place is very clean and has a very friendly staff. The pool is a bit small, but it is kept clean, and that is very good. The place is quiet and the sheets are comfortable. I like that the mall is right across.
