Very easy checkin checkout. The personal is very nice and friendly. I asked them about the attractions and area. They recommended a boat tour in the lake and he showed me a nice route for walking. The room was a junior suite with a kitchen, it was clean and comfortable with a small patio. The location is excellent for dining, coffee and walking. I would stay at the hotel again if I travel to the area again.

Incredible property with lovely view of the bay, crazy good service and staff. Not a thing I would change and amenities that of a place three times the price.

Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. We were greet and checked-in by a loving slim young man. Over all Staff was great, always smiling,friendly and respectful. big shout to the housekeepers for the huge work they do on a daily basis at the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again .

If you are in Bacalar this is a must stay. Best beach on the lake is located here where it's one of the few spots with a sandy walk in beach, impressive water color, and cool pier. It is a small property with only 4 cabins so very peaceful and relaxing. Cabins were very modern with great AC. It is a short drive to the center of town, definitely recommend a car if you are staying. Staff was very helpful with coordinating restaurant deliveries if you don't feel like leaving. Very Welcoming staff and helpful. Property was awesome and very beautiful. Highly recommended for a get away and relax the whole stay there and enjoy the views.

Serene, beautiful property with a great lagoon view. Super easy parking and secure entrance. We stayed in two room types and thought both were excellent (lagoon view suite, and partial lagoon view room). The overall vibe was nice with chill electronic music playing and waiters roaming to make sure you had all you needed, the food an drinks were excellent (ate multiple meals during our stay). Only critique would be that the lounge chairs facing the lagoon are limited in number, and other guests...

Beautiful hotel on the lagoon. Close walk to downtown and great food next door!! Everyone was friendly and the rooms are very comfortable and lovely. We enjoyed our stay !

Outstanding stay. My wife and I stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment with the King beds and very nice living room and kitchenette. The entire boutique property is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and we swam in the pool every night. The pool has very nice jets to soothe your muscles and the water temperature was perfect. Chef Domingo and assistant chef Miguel served us outstanding breakfasts and brunch. We always ordered the extras during our meals instead of just the standard...

It was nice , clean and close to everything, the only bad thing is that the power went out twice.

Staff was super! Space was lovely with all of the plants and vegetation. The hammocks and rooftop were top knots
