"First of all I will start with the positive views. It is well located. It's clean. I even liked the two beers and the two sodas in the fridge, courtesy of the hotel. I did not like the bed. Somewhat hard for a good rest. Need better mattresses."

"I highly recommend this hotel! It is beautiful! The staff including Kenia, Rigoberto, Domingo and everyone else were wonderful! Great food, pool and rooms! Private access to the lagoon! Very close to many things and taxis are easy to come by to get around! I look forward to coming back here one day!

"It is not a 5 star hotel at all. It is OK. They have outsourced food and drinks, so one has to pay apart.
The cafeteria where one eats stinks like sewage, particularly in one side.
