"WARNING: There is a massive, uneven easement hill before the flat land pictured. Not suitable for an RV. The gate doesn't even allow for safe RV entry. Also not pictured is the section of land being used as a junkyard, which you are expected to camp next to. The neighbors came out to say the land is under a trust and the lister has not shown rights to use the land, so the county is taking him to court. I was granted a full refund, but save yourself the trouble of finding a last-minute substitute...
