"During my recent stay at Triptam Hotel in Vrindavan, I had a mixed experience. While the property and overall environment were pleasant, I found that a couple of the male reception staff were not as helpful as expected and, on a few occasions, came across as somewhat rude. I believe improving the attitude and responsiveness at the reception would greatly enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the security personnel were extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Chowdhury for his kindness and for sharing his business card. I would certainly consider visiting again, as I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I kindly request that attention be given to improving the reception staff’s service to make future visits even better. "
