"This is about the worse hotel I ever stayed in. No heating working in winter. Hotel knew this and could have informed me so I could change my booking if I wished. Even lied to me saying heating would come on when they knew it has been not working for days. Staff are useless and you have to keep reminding them and chasing them for what you require. The amount of times I had to ask for bedding and a portable heater(which was like an antique). Slept wearing double layers, coats and our socks on. Hotel is so run down and cold. For the prices they charge breakfast was a joke and you have to sit there with your coats! "
