Clean and welcoming accommodations. Great breakfast. Family run operation that is more than a home - nice break from smaller BnB’s. Good base for exploring southern part of Tuscany.

Qualità prezzo ottima. Camera pulita nonostante la struttura abbia qualche anno alle spalle. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ( ci hanno dato due doppie al posto di una quadrupla per non dover dormire in un letto a castello). Colazione abbondante e varia (il pecorino e salame disponibile a colazione TOP!)

Un disastro camuffato da 3 stelle Avevo letto recensioni non entusiasmanti, ma la realtà ha superato le peggiori aspettative. La camera presentava macchie di umidità e muffa sul soffitto, aria viziata e un senso generale di abbandono: arredi malridotti, pareti scrostate, manutenzione assente da anni. I letti erano scomodi con materassi avvallati, e l'isolamento acustico era praticamente nullo — i vicini di stanza si sentivano come se fossero nella stessa stanza. Il problema più grave: un flessibile del bagno ha ceduto per la scarsa manutenzione degli impianti, allagando completamente la stanza. Una situazione non solo disagevole, ma pericolosa. Tre stelle sono un'autovalutazione che non trova alcun riscontro nella realtà. Ne merita al massimo due. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Camera pulita e personale familiare molto accogliente. L' albergo è un classico anni 70 ben tenuto, si respira una buona aria. Parcheggio perfetto, colazione assortita, abbondante con ottimo dolci fatti in casa. Siamo stati bene da ritornare

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. So weit nicht problematisch, aber ein eigenartiger Geruch im Hause, dass es sehr unangenehm war. Das Zimmer war unsauber. Die Duschkabine war dreckig und schimmlig. Der Teppich im Korridor, wurde bestimmt mehrere Jahren nicht erneuert oder gepflegt. Das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Ero già stato in questa struttura, perché mi ero trovato molto bene. Stavolta ho sofferto la mancata insonorizzazione della stanza: purtroppo delle signore vicine e poco educate hanno deciso di fare salotto a voce alta alle 7 di mattina. Camera calda, colazione varia ma andrebbe più rifornita fino alle 10,30 perché alcuni ospiti scesi dopo di noi hanno trovato poco alle 9,30
