De Lanna is an okay hotel. They have a pool for kids, a small restaurant and nice room. The room we got was deluxe as we needed to upgrade. The size wasn’t of much difference for the original room but we wanted something close to the pool. Their breakfast is okay. On our last night we saw a cockroach by the door. The room has a weird bleach smell. If you are looking for a reasonable stay and in the old city, De Lanna is your place.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and efficient. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was excellent. We found the location to be very central in the old city and enjoyed the Sunday night market nearby.

Very nice hotel

A pleasant, centrally located hotel. Had to ask for a pool view room even though I booked 6 months ago. Lovely pool after a hot day walking, though surrounds are slippery and dangerous. Male pool bar attendant was a very happy person, good service. Breakfast was pretty basic!

De Lanna Hotel is an idyllic paradise in the Old City in Chiang Mai. As part of my tour of Thailand I stayed in 4 different hotels in four different areas; De Lanna was the best. It's clean, quiet at night, great facilities, friendly staff, perfect location close to the Sunday night bazar and several restaurants and bars. I will return to Chiang Mai. When I do, I won't bother looking for another hotel; De Lanna is perfect.

The staff is superb! They are responsive and eager to assist . We have stayed there many times in the past and the facility is getting a little worn but they work hard to overcome that.

Hotel very traditional Thai, but rooms a bit tired and electrics a rule unto themselves! As access to rooms are open walkways and therefore security was an issue for me as anyone could enter hotel. Staff friendly and hotel food and drink keenly priced and excellent. Tip!!! Take plenty mozi repellent.

Laundry Machine not working properly

The laundry machine and dryer not ok. Washing machine filled with some tissue paper and dryer not working properly, after paid for 60 bath, our clothes still wet, and we have go to outside laundry service center to do dry our clothing.

Very nice hotel. Large room and balcony an added bonus. In a quiet area but quick and cheap to go to markets and bars, only 5-10 minutes away. Temples just around the corner an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

I cant say enough good about how much i liked this place! The whole experience /vibe walking through the main entrance was amazing. Little ponds full of fish and frogs. The rooms were a good size and the stained glass windows made a very neat touch!. Its very close to alot of neat attractions and amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend staying here

Boa localização

Tivemos uma boa estadia. O hotel é bom mas um pouco antigo. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. A localização é ótima. Muito perto dos principais templos do centro. Tem um jardim agradável com piscina, que dá pra relaxar no final do dia.

Hôtel très correct, personnel agréable et aimable

Très bon séjour en chambre supérieure donc en rez de chaussée au niveau du jardin et de la piscine. Les portes qui claquent sont parfois pénibles. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel aimable et efficace. Les écureuils sont dans les arbres toute la matinée c’est mignon. Pour info on avait la chambre 105.
