Excellent staff and location

I had a really nice time here. Bee at the front desk was friendly and helped me out planning my visit. Staff overall was great. Hotel has a good location, with lots of cafes and food nearby.

We stayed here for four nights and it was great! It’s clean, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows, good shower, good area. It was walking distance to a few different coffee shops, restaurants, massage places, and markets. They were awesome to let us have a late check out due to the time of our flight and helped with any requests we had.

Well located . Near to all one needed . Helpful reception No TV nor any Water cooker in room Cleaner missed cleaning up my room although asked for . Helped up later by receptionist when I returned from my tour . Would still recomend to stay here .

Located in a more chill and less westernized area. Still many things near by for food, sights and easy walk to anywhere in old city. The host is wonderful and the place is very safe and taken care of.

My daughter and I loved our stay at the Dozy House in Chiang Mai. Besides clean amenities and laundry services, we were grateful for Jina’s assistance in choosing and reserving activities for us. When we arrived, our room key was at the front desk with a note to add the owner’s contact on WhatsApp. This is how we communicated with Jina for the duration of our stay. It was both convenient and efficient. Per her recommendation/brochures available at Dozy House, we had the pleasure of visiting Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, Wat Pha Lat, Bhubing Palace (and rose garden), the Karen Hill Tribe Elephant Sanctuary, a “Sticky Waterfall,” and took an evening cruise along the Ping River—all within four days. Highly recommended.

숙소 자체가 오래되서 메트리스가 오염되어있고 외관 상 깨끗해보이지 않지만 직원들이 쓸고 닦고 열심히 청소하고 계심. 엘레베이터 없음. 2층 올라가는 계단에서 신발을 벗고 맨발로 방으로 이동해야하는데 익숙하지 않은 서양인들이 무시한 채 신발 신고 다녀서 찝찝했음.

Excelente location!!!! The family who manage the place goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable all the time!!! They did all our laundry for about $3 !!!!, and after 2 weeks traveling there is nothing better that having all our laundry done!!! The room was great! Good and large bed!! Manger very sweet! Helped us to organize all our tours!!! And taxi at 5 am to get to the airport for departure!!! Thank you so much for such a great service!!! We strongly recommend this place for service and value!!!

도지하우스 형편없어요

최악입니다 우선 매일 매일 청소를 하는것이 아니라 체트 아웃후에 청소한다네요 그리고 건물 자체가 너무 더워 24시간 에어컨을 켜놔야 시원할 정도이고 생수도 주지않고 참대에선 삐걱삐걱 소리나고 주차 공간도 없습니다 그리고 화장실은 너무 어두워요

Lovely comfortable stay

Overall a good stay. Large room and nice bathroom and shower. Sealed cement floor in room is a little dirty looking. Generous breakfast included. Coffee/tea/toast available 24 hours which is nice. Thin cloth bath towel ended up being very absorbent and a great alternative to traditional towels.

The staff were friendly & helpful...booking trips & taxi to train. Breakfast was very good...always enough fruit . Rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay there again when in Chiang Mai. Very nice place to stay... visit was excellent

Good

The place is well located inside the old town, in a quiet area though it has a school next door that can be loud sometimes. The first room we got had a very bad smell in the bathroom so after a couple of days they moved us to another room, which was much better. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but the bathroom floor gets a bit wet. The girl that worked in the morning was very nice and friendly, and spoke english which is very helpful. Breakfast could improve and maybe give you some other fruits for a change (always and only bananas). But it is nice to be able to have tea and coffee whenever you want, and also bread. They should give you proper towels instead of thai towels. But in general, It’s a good place to stay for what you pay.

Para empezar no es un hotel, es más bien una vas de huéspedes. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mala, ni siquiera tienen toallas y te ofrecen unas tipo sábanas que huelen mal, si quieres toalla tienes que pagar. El personal aunque trata de ser amable están cerrados a ofrecer un buen servicio. El lugar donde se puede desayunar es terrible y no da confianza ni ganas de desayunar ahí.

อาหารเช้ายังไม่ค่อยโอเคเท่าไหร่ ปริมาณและคุณภาพยังไม่เหมาะสมกับราคา ทีแค่ไข่ต้ม ไข่ดาว สลัดผัก และ ขนมปัง ไม่มีตู้เย็น อารมณ์บรรยากาศเหมือนเป็น Hostel มากกว่า ที่สำคัญมีเฉพาะผ้าขนหนูผืนเล็กเอาไว้เข็ดผมกับผ้าขาวม้า ซึ่งมันอาจจะเหมาะกับผู้ชายหรือนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่อยากสัมผัสวิถีไทย

Nice hotel

This hotel is not fancy, but considering I was going for budget travel, it was a really nice place. The evening front desk staff was nice and housekeeping did a great job. I loved being able to open the windows in the morning to let in the air. Breakfast was also a nice touch, but I did see an ant crawling near where the breakfast food was which made me a little uncomfortable. The room was really large and it all felt neat and clean. The drain was a little slow to drain but I think it's just an older building. The one day I was woken up very early by an unknown sound and later realized it's because the back window in my room opens up into an alleyway where the big school opens up into so I was hearing middle or high school students. The location is good BUT as a solo female traveler the long and dark street coming from the side away from the canal made me a little uncomfortable to walk alone but the walk to the street along the canal was comfortable. I'd stay here again, though. Nice people, good room and location is in the old town. Also, the front desk helped me call Ubers since I couldn't download the app on my phone.

Equipe simpática e atenciosa. Fomos a pé até os principais templos do centro da cidade. Acho que o horário do café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo, porque fizemos passeios por agência que foi nos buscar as 7:15, e por dois dias praticamente ficamos sem o café da manhã, mas tinha pão e bananas a vontade mesmo fora do horário.
