Let bed staying at this hotel! Very unique! We are a family of 6 and we were put into a two story house with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms! Perfect location not too far from Chiang Mia or airport!

Beautiful place and very nice people

This is a beatiful place with lovely surroundings and nice walking opportunities. I deducted one star because for Chiang mai this place is not cheap and the breakfast and bar are a joke for that price. They have almost nothing to drink; they do all in Chinese but no Chinese tea (wut), lukewarm beer, no gin tonic, old (disgusting) white wine per glass or otherwise per bottle and a sad excuse for a breakfast. If they would fix that (get drinks in everyone has no here like good beer, good wine, cocktails, fruitdrinks etc) then I would come back every time.

Sensational Hotel into the forest..

Wonderful Stay at the foot of Doi Surathep mountain, fully Thai ambience onto the green and teakwood . Staff was overwhelming especially the Lady at front desk (Chinese I guess) and the ones at the restaurant but honestly all of them excelled on services !! Free shuttle to old city (20 min)and airport at fixed time . Breakfast was ok only when they offered the Buffett otherwise the standard Chinese one was not good for our tastes. Highly recommended if you don't mind be not close to the city.

Great Resort

We had just finished a 3 night stay close to Old Town in Chiang Mai City, and were looking for a more relaxing area for our last night before returning home. We were very pleased with this resort. The staff was exceptional, and really made the difference between a good resort, and a great one. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the area is beautiful. We wished we had an extra day to use the bicycles they provide to explore the surrounding countryside. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my first to visited Chiang Mai for holiday,so I choose E-Outfitting hotel resort because I really wanna enjoy a relax vacation here. The most excellent thing I can feel special is when I checked in and they found my birthday coming next day then the staff Ms.Lynne did free upgrade my room to Tree House.What a Wonderful gift for me! And I really like the environment here and the staffs is all very politeness to me.All I wanna say is appreciated and I like this hotel.

危机公关态度恶劣，地处偏远

入住树屋当晚遇到屋内有老鼠、门无法锁上和整个度假村停电的情况，被安排到旁边一家酒店入住了便宜的房间。度假村一开始拒绝退回树屋的房费，经hotels工作人员协调方同意退费。出现老鼠和停电的频率可以参考国内几家网站的入住评价。 度假村的丛林风貌不错，但离古城和双龙寺都很远，超出所有一日游项目的接送范围，一定要有相当充足的交通预算。
