There is a full kitchen, 2 burner ceramic stove, washing machine, double sink with hot and cold water taps. 49" curved flat screen smart tv with movable arm to point to couch or kitchen table, full cable package and high speed iternet, included. Swiming pool, full gym and saunas, both his and hers. For stays of 10 day or longer will supply weekly maid service, full room cleaning with bedding and towels changed

The location is perfect. Stores just 100 yards away and right next to the street market! The C9 resto is great to!

Centrally located. So much to do in the area. You could just stay within a mile radius and never be bored.
The facilities in the building are TOP NOTCH. Some of the newest gym equipment I've ever seen.
The security staff and reception are super polite and helpful.
The suite itself is beautiful. Prime quality furnishings. The bed sheets are primo. The suite has EVERYTHING you need to cook. Down to paper towels, saran wrap, a ton of cookery, pots, pans, utensils galore. I did not need a single thing.
Water can be purchased at reception for only 75 baht for 6 1.5 litre bottles.

AC that works like a charm.
Great water pressure and endless hot water.
This has been the best place i've had the pleasure of being in at this price point in Asia or anywhere else for that matter.
Neil is also a pleasure to deal with. He's on top of everything and really cares for your well being and satisfaction.
There are no down sides to staying here.
This will be my go to place to stay in Chiang Mai from now on.
Neil's property is a great place to stay. It's quite, clean and has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Also, the location is perfect for getting around in Chiang Mai. This was my second time to stay in one of Neil's units at Twin Peaks. Hope to go back next winter and stay in the same unit for 3 months.
This was the 5th time my wife & I had visited Chiang Mai, but the first holiday spent in an apartment there. To be honest, we couldn't fault the accommodation in any way, and felt the host Neil, certainly goes out of his way to make his guests feel at home. The facilities within Twin Peaks itself are very good, and with an ideal location to boot, this makes this venue worth considering when visiting this Northern city. Also just have to mention, our favorite cafe C9, located within the complex, and well worth a visit if you are in the area.Noeleen & Bobby C.
I have lived in Thailand for over 20 years and just moved from the deep south of the Kingdom up to Chiang Mai and I needed a place to base myself for finding a new home in the area. First, Neil the owner was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end he answered my myriad of questions and worked with me to book a 5 week + stay. Neil is someone who if not your landlord you would want as your best friend hell of guy also BTW a great landlord. The building and unit are exactly as described only better in person. There is security out front at all times and the Front Desk has people who speak English. All the services you will need are within steps of the place and even a great supermarket is about a 10 minute walk. The unit is squeaky clean with and I mean literally with everything you will need + a lot you don't know you need but it's in the unit. Good package of TV options, kitchen has everything and then some and while most people come to CM to eat out with this unit you can prepare 3 meals a day. Bathroom has everything you want/need and the quality of the furniture/lighting/appliances is First Class all the way. This property is for sure 5 Star but more importantly Neil the owner is a 5 Star landlord. He has multiple properties and each one must pass his strict cleaning and set up before guests arrive. A truly great experience beginning to end.
