I stayed in The Level Premium Room with club lounge access. The service has been impeccable since I arrived - with welcome drinks, detailed explanations of the lounge and other services such as free ironing of 1 garment per day. The lounge on Level 21 also provided a great view over Chiang Mai, and guests were also given afternoon tea with delicious scones (and other pastries) with a variety of drinks and then evening cocktails with light dinner bites. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel in Chiang Mai!

I had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Thai and Western options. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, about a 10-minute walk to the Night Bazaar and close to the Old City.

Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. Lovely hotel!

A beautiful hotel, in a great location. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds, excellent (the usual Thai!) service. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. Minor criticism: at breakfast (which was very good), the coffee machines didn’t seem able to make hot coffee (though once mentioned we had hot coffees made especially for us).
