Peaceful place to stay situated right by Ping river. Breakfast was included. Grabbed food and stepped out to enjoy at one of the tables by the river. Called Bolt around 10 am and the car came within 5 minutes every time. Most places cost 90 to 150 baht for me on a compact car.

Thisplace is a real gem. easy parking near entrance, wonderful reakfast, nice gardens to sit in overlooking the river. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and impeccably clr=ear r= and comfortable rooms.

I was satisfied to stay this hotel for 6 days, and I would use this hotel again if I travel Chiang Mai. However, the band music from the next restaurant was lasted up to 11 pm everyday, and it disturbed my sleep.

Lovely hotel, wonderful, attentive, friendly staff. It's not right next to much, but it's super easy and cheap to call a Bolt to go wherever you want. Breakfast included some Thai staples as well as Western pastries and cereals. Sparkling clean, very hygenic. Much love to the staff!
