Easy walking distance from Majority of the markets and restaurants. Staff was kind knowledgeable and helpful with helping us finding the best hidden gems and adventures to go to. Would rebook in a heartbeat if I ever go back to Thailand. Everything was well kept and clean

Value for money :)

A nice little hotel but fairly noisy at night. Very comfy bed. They also charge you a 500 baht deposit for some weird reason, even though the room was prepaid. Overall nice stay, byt would opt for a different, quieter location next time

Great location

The people here are really friendly and helpful - not an anonymous hotel vibe but something a lot more home. We enjoyed our week here very much. It is a great location in the old city - across the road from a temple, leafy and quiet.

Great spot for the price! Very affordable, and rooms are somewhat basic, but staff was extremely helpful in booking us a private driver to Pai and airport taxi. Breakfast was good.

Terrific hotel. Huge comfy room with a balcony. Choice of 8 yummy breakfast options. Free water in room. Nice pool but very cold - not heated in Thailand. Staff friendly and helpful. Grab easy way to get around. 15-30 minute walk to most sites. Highly recommend!

From the moment I entered the lobby, I was treated like an honored frequent guest. My every whim was immediately attended to. Receptionist Cookie was very helpful in arranging concierge type activities. Property spotlessly well maintained. Very quiet at night. This family run hotel is a gem and I will definitely return.

This could be a very nice hotel, but a few key flaws ruin the experience. For starters, our bathroom was infested with ants. The whole floor would get covered with them every day and any item we left in the bathroom would get covered with ants. When the crude wooden cover blocking the area under the sink fell down one day, there was a literal pile of dead ants 6 inches tall. The front of the toilet is also right up against the wall with no space for your legs, so to use the toilet you have to sit sideways in a very awkward position. It is very loud all day and all night both inside and outside the property. You can hear other guests walking through the hallways or moving around their room. You can also hear every single motorcycle, car, cat, dog, person outside as if a window was wide open. The listing stated that the curtains were blackout curtains, but there might as well not have been any curtains because they let in so much light. If you are a light sensitive sleeper, you will be woken up every day right at sunrise. Every time you walk through the lobby, which is required to enter or exit the property, the person sitting behind the desk stares at you judging the entire time you are walking through which is very awkward. And the cherry on top, this is the first hotel in the world that has ever charged us for a broken cup. You would thing they would budget for breakage and maintenance like every other hotel in the world. On the plus side the shower was very nice.

Hotel muito bom, atendimento cordial e bem localizado. Fizemos todos os templos da cidade antiga a pé, exceto o Doi Suthep que é afastado e precisa de qualquer forma pegar um tuc tuc para chegar nele. Café da manhã custa 250 BTH com direito a um prato do menu + buffet ou 150 BTH somente o buffet que é pequeno, com variedade restrita mas atende bem. Quarto bem espaçoso e cama grande e confortável. Recomendo.

The hotel gives 4 bottles of water, which was perfect for the humid weather, however.,, the homey room is very small and no closet, and the bathroom is tight as well, you have to walk side way to the toilet. Overall, it’s a nice comfortable room.
